If you have not yet received an email from FAFSA that your processed FAFSA Submission Summary report is available for viewing by the MSF application deadline on March 11, 2024, but have received an email from FAFSA with your Estimated Student Aid Index (SAI), please upload a screenshot or PDF of that email when you submit your MSF Scholarship Application. Once you receive access to your Submission Summary report, you must then email a copy of the report to MSF at application@montclairscholarshipfund.org as soon as possible to complete your application.

MSF is aware of the ongoing FAFSA reporting delays. While these delays may result in adjustments to our deadlines for submitting FAFSA information, applicants must submit their FAFSA Submission Summary reports once they receive them to complete MSF’s 2024 application. Updates will be posted on this page, or on the Montclair High School website, under the School Counseling tab, which can be found here.

No. Applications must be submitted by using the online application. Computers are available in the Montclair High School Resource Center and the Montclair Public Library (with library card).
Instructions for uploading a PDF copy of your FAFSA Submission Summary are included in the online application.
Separately, the Guidance Department will provide your transcript and guidance recommendation to MSF.
MSF will notify those students who will be considered for a scholarship. The email notice will have instructions for uploading your Financial Aid Award letter.
